Prefab Errors or Missing POIs

Prefab errors happen when the world references a POI that is missing or broken. Fix the prefab pack before regenerating the world.
Fix steps
- Identify the missing prefab in the server log.
- Install or update the prefab pack that provides it.
- Regenerate the world so the new prefabs are placed correctly.
Prevent future issues
- Validate prefab packs before production deployment.
- Keep prefab and mod versions pinned for each wipe.
