Smart Shutdown Logic

In vanilla, if you put 100 wood in a forge to smelt iron and walk away, that wood burns to completion even if the furnace is empty. With OCB Stop Fuel Waste:

• Auto-Kill: The moment the last item in the queue is finished or the input material is exhausted, the fire goes out.
• Fuel Preservation: Remaining wood, coal, or nitrate in the fuel slot is saved for your next session.
• Heat Management: Since the fire stops earlier, your base generates less 'Heat Map' activity, attracting fewer screamers over time.

Reliability & Server Performance

This modlet patches workstation logic at runtime and is stable on dedicated servers when installed server-side with EAC disabled. It cross-references the crafting queue with the fuel timer to perform a graceful shutdown of the workstation object.
