Console Server Browser Empty or No Servers Found

If the console server list is empty, it is usually filters, NAT, or crossplay settings. Use this list to isolate the cause.
Clear filters
- Reset filters and search by exact server name.
- Switch regions and refresh the list.
- Check the Friends tab and History tab.
Crossplay requirements
- Crossplay servers must be vanilla with EAC enabled.
- Set
ServerVisibility to 2 (public).
- Confirm EOS registration success in server logs.
NAT and network
- Strict NAT can hide servers; use an open NAT or hosted server.
- Restart router and console to refresh NAT mappings.
